Yellow
Many of the empty fields and natural areas here are full of these flowers. I had to look on Google to identify these tiny yellow ones--I knew they weren't Dandelions (that season is over). These up close look like tiny snapdragons but are very bright yellow--and you can spot them all over the wild grassy areas. Lots of HawkWeed and Black-eyed Susans.

Love black-eyed susans! Lovely pictures
P.S. Love the title and the lettering.
your series of flowers is very nice - I'd like to do a journal like that.
